This 9-day package begins in the remote eastern corner of Botswana in an area known historically as the Tuli enclave — a diverse wilderness of savannah, riverine forests, marshland, open plains and sandstone outcrops. The Mahatu Game Reserve offers some of the most exciting game viewing in Africa. It is home to large herds of elephant and prides of lions and is a good area for cheetah.
The Pafuri area in South Africa is the ancestral home of the Makuleke people and is located in the northern sector of the Kruger National Park. This area is the wildest and most remote part of the Kruger National Park and offers wonderful and varied vegetation, great wildlife viewing, and the best birding in the park.

The MalaMala Game Reserve, the first private photographic safari destination in South Africa, shares a common boundary with Kruger National Park and offers some of the best game viewing in the area.
