People around a fireBusanga Plains is located within the Kafue National Park, one of the largest national parks in Africa. Busanga Plains is home to hundreds of red lechwe, ubiquitous puku, stately roan and the diminutive oribi. Lichenstein's hartebeest, herds of wildebeest, zebra and buffalo add to the wealth of game on the Plains, which attracts predators such as wild dog, cheetah and prides of lion.

Travel south to the South Luangwa National Park with its varied terrain from flat open land to mature woodlands. This area is a nature lover's paradise that offers both unique bird watching and exciting game viewing. In addition to leopard, buffalo, puku, impala and waterbuck, you may encounter lion, spotted hyena and crocodiles. The area is also home to Thornicroft's giraffe and yellow baboons.

In the Lower Zambezi National Park, at the confluence of the Chongwe and Zambezi Rivers, is a pristine sanctuary teeming with game. It is one of the most picturesque wilderness areas on the continent.

Finally, enjoy Sindabezi Island, located on the Zambezi River near Victoria Falls.
